Description
Hello,
I cannot determine what is the purpose of the checkboxes and if they have some purpose we should document it on the wiki page. Thanks.

Rentalia [the company I used to work for and for which this plugin was made] uses the checkboxes to "check" the files 1 by 1 when uploading the modified files to their production servers. For example, if you have 40 files that have been modified (can happen!), you want to be able to track which files have been uploaded, and which not yet. Clicking the checkbox next to the filename is useful to track that.
I believe the checkboxes are hidden by default (if I remember correctly, it's 2 years ago...), and they are not used as part of a html form or whatever, but are very handy for tracking the upload status of a file in Rentalia's use of the plugin.
