Test fails due to host & bind_user configuration

Description

The test fails on a windows 7 machine, Apache 2.2, OpenLDAP_ 2.4.26

Attached a patch which corrects

  • the host to "localhost"
  • the bind_user to "uid=trac,dc=example,dc=org"

It makes sense to have more generic test settings, you're right
