Query comparison does not work on bar-chart

Hi I want to drew bar-chart on my wiki-page.

I try this macro. But it does not work.
I try same condition on pie-chart. It works well. Do you any suggestions?
macro:

[[TicketChart(type = bars, x_axis = owner, query = summary=!"new", height = 300, width = 500)]]

result:

Error: Macro TicketChart(type = bars, x_axis = owner, query = summary=!"new", height = 300, width = 500) failed
no such column: t.None}}}
