anonymous instead AD username

Description
When I login using AD username, i have error "invalid user name". I found problem, param username of get_permission_action is "anonymous". How fix it?

I used iis and ajp connector to tracd. Described situation repeated for others authorisation methods, not only for AD. Then I stop to use ajp and begin connect to tracd. I don't try to use ActiveDirectoryAuthPlugin again, but it helps for other methods. I think that my problem was in IIS+AJP+TRACD.

Don't run tracd with --auth or --basic-auth
