Hide based on handler

Description

For instance, hiding a bunch of things for new ticket creation (/newticket), but allowing it to be everywhere else (/query, /ticket, etc).

Unless this functionality exists already, and I'm just not "getting" it.

I would also appreciate that. Ticket (pre)view should show all fields. Thank you.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The ticket will remain with no owner.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
