create a task for unreachable milestone

Description

When we are about to reach a milestone due date and there still have open ticket attached to this milestone; the release manager need be be warned.

Create a task that:

  • scan for open ticket in near milestone due date
  • notify a predefined person by email

The notification email should be sent to the creator and the owner of the ticket

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Thierry Bressure.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
