date range function unclear on Managenemt page

Description
I guess it should be made more clear that the time range one can set on the Management page for the reports applies only to the billing reports. Now, since it's grouped together with the other parameters, and then the reports categorized in a group visually "independent" from the above one, it might seem that the date range applies to all reports.

While this is mentioned in the user manual reports section, it wouldnt hurt to put the user manual descriptions onto the Billing/Management page
