AttributeError: 'SimpleContainer' object has no attribute 'build' - When I try access a RevTreeView with MergeEnhancer

Hi

I was install a RevTreePlugin? in my SVN server, but don´t appears the linhes between the branches when a merge occurs. After, I install the RevTreePlugin/MergeEnhancer?, but when I active this plugin, occur this error.

How to Reproduce ¶

While doing a GET operation on /revtree, Trac issued an internal error.
