dynamic default field values

Description

Hi,

is it somehow possible to implement a method that one can set default field values by username or permission. It would be a really great feature, because than one could define that, for example, the user with this or that name or permission can only create a ticket for custom field e.g. client with one special default value set.

There is DynamicFieldsPlugin that can do it.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain obs.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
