Assign owner upon creation

Description

I would like to be able to assign the owner of the ticket to the reporter when the ticket is created.

I installed the plugin as per the instructions on the wiki, but if I configure...

[ticket-workflow] new.operations = set_owner_to_reporter

I get an exception. If I do

[ticket-workflow] new = new -> new new.operations = set_owner_to_reporter

I get a "new" state different from the internal one.

Resolution: → wontfix
Status: new → closed

The ticket workflow is not invoked on ticket creation, so this isn't currently possible.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Eli Carter.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
