Description

I have a patch that is implemented on my hosted Trac instance that allows the FullBlogNotificationPlugin to be used with the AnnouncerPlugin. I'll look at integrating that patch into the latest version of the FullBlogNotificationPlugin.

This seems unnecessary since there is an extension for making the FullBlogPlugin notifications work with the AnnouncerPlugin.
