Description
As for most of ticket properties, they are not allowed to be editable when ticket is not in new status. But they can be editable when ticket is in new status.

As for the ticket change properties such as type, priority,keywords... they can be visible and editable when ticket in the new status. But when the ticket is in the other status these properties should only be visible. They can not be changed.

ok what I gather from that is you want fields editable when a ticket is new but not when it's something else, so this is in fact an enhancement not a defect.

Can you explain what you mean please? Is this a enhancement request to have the plugin allow hidden/disabled fields to be editable depending on status? Or is this a bug report stating that you can edit fields that are disabled/hidden when the status is not new?
