TimingAndEstimationPlugin only adds the estimated hours custom field.
Well it also adds the add hours / total hours / billable field and all the reports about seeing how many hours something took. But for estimates all it adds is the estimated hour field.

Yeah. Figured it out that you have to check billable and nonbillable from Management so you can see total estimated hours from "Ticket hours". Before I was getting nothing. Sorry for invalid ticket. Demo confused me :)

The EstimatorPlugin (which provides the "estimate" tab) is another plugin. TimingAndEstimationPlugin only adds the estimated hours custom field.
