Steps to reproduce
- Create new ticket
- Set ´wysiwyg´ mode
- Change ticket type to a different one
Work-arround
Before changing ticket type to a different one:
- Set ´textarea´ mode
- Change ticket type to a different one
- Then set ´wysiwyg´ mode again
Comments
- When ticket templates are edited, if you change ticket type, you are required to "load" its contents to see / edit.
- Seems this automatic "load" step is missing when editing in ´wysiwyg´ mode.
- Behavior described at "Steps to reproduce" varies if previously you edited/created a ticket in ´textarea´ mode.

Version 0.7 should work with WYSIWYG plugin now.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
+ 1. I´ve observed same behavior. Needed to disable ´wysiwyg´ mode and work on ´textarea´ mode. ( Trac 0.11.4, Python 2.5, )
