Agilo and Itteco are directly Scrum related, and they also have a lot more than just a backlog.

BacklogPlugin is just a small add-on, which provides easy to use backlog, which might be used totally independent of Scrum.

Dunno about TracBacklogPlugin.

There has been some development activity on BacklogPlugin lately to make it compatible with Trac 0.11 through Trac 1.0. If anyone wants to test and report back, I'd appreciate any feedback I might receive. Thanks.
