Description
using 11.4 this plugin doesn't seem to do anything.
Neither the automatic part that is supposed to update the description nor the
[[TicketBackLinks(TicketNumber)]] }}} format. There are no errors in the debug log, just nor results. my test setup: ticket #4 has the following: in description: {{{ sample link to #9 [[BR]] yes [ticket:9] }}} which is repeated in a comment ticket #9 doesn't show any backlinks Additionally a wiki entry [[TicketBackLinks(9)]] doesn't return any values. maybe some more detail on usage and examples, of if there are prereqs?...

Part of your comment here might be related. "on a fresh trac" Does this need to be installed before a any tickets are created?
I'll check the DB. I assume this plugin creates a new table?
Thanks for the quick response. Thanks for verifying it's on my setup.

Of course not, you can install it whenever you want. I've got it running on big tracs with lots of other plugins and lots of tickets created before its installation... No, it does not create anything, but reads.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
Works perfectly for me even in 0.11.4. There are no prereqs apart of trac. It works on python 2.4 and 2.5 in trac >0.11 (tested, may work on others) I just got your example on a fresh installed trac, changed 9 for 1, created ticket 1, created wiki pages pointing to that ticket (apart of the ones in docs :-D), and it worked great, everything ( 1, "#1 ", TicketBackLinks(1)? ) If it gives no errors it may be a database issue (as if the query fails it will just do nothing, thats an expected behaviour.
