blog author never notified by default

Description

I have to put all the blog authors in the CC list in trac.ini, which isn't that great with >1 author. It seems that the blog author is never in the To list for some reason, which imho is the whole purpose of the plugin.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Nick Loeve.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
