Description

A RepositoryHookSystemPlugin plugin: 

Too bad you can't just have a changeset generate a Wiki page - or
rather too bad you can't set up a pattern for a wiki page that is
autogenerated (name and content) when triggered by the event of a
fresh changeset. like a macro...with inheritance.
