Short how-to

I'd like to try this but I can't figure out exactly what it does or how to use it. A sentence or two telling how to use whatever functions are currently implemented would be great.

PS (OT) This sort of thing is addressing the biggest flaw in Trac - I don't understand why the developers are so stubborn in refusing to acknowledge that fact. Many users are reluctantly moving to other software for this reason alone (my employer included).

There is no documentation because this ticket isn't anywhere near usable yet. I am working on it with several other people, so we are just using trac-hacks for development right now. Currently the basics of ticket subscription are done, but as I said, I wouldn't recomend trying to use it. It is my goal to have this completed by the end of July, and at that time there will be documentation available.
