Using Links is making the links go all lowercase

Description

Using links is causing the actual link to go all lowercase. This is a problem since Trac is case sensative.

Example: 

  [[MyPage|My Page]]

Renders: 

  http://tracurl/wiki/mypage

  instead of

  http://tracurl/wiki/MyPage
