How to Reproduce

While doing a GET operation on /Billing, Trac issued an internal error.

Resolution: fixed
Status: newclosed

(In [3119]) closes #2438

Replaced dbhelper with a version of that file that maintains its own connections (via an env var set during environment setup)

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Russ Tyndall.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
