ODBC connection

Description

Hello,

it would be useful if trac could store data via ODBC connection. There are ODBC drivers for many databases, but only a few databases are currently supported by trac. If trac supported ODBC all those databases could be used with trac without having to add extra functionality to trac. I think that´s a better approach than setting up a new type of database just for one application.

This feature is partially implemented in MsSqlBackendPlugin. There is also a fork here: ​​https://github.com/Reposoft/trac-mssql.
