Description
In MoinMoin (at least since version 1.5), the way to encode UTF8 characters in the directory names that contain the pages is to replace them by the UTF8 hexadecimal code in lowercase surrounded by parenthesis, so that a page named InstalaciónDeTrac
will be in a directory named Instalaci(c3b3)nDeTrac
.
The current MoinToTracScript, creates the migrated page name simply as Instalaci(c3b3)nDeTrac
.
