location of managment screen for timingandestimation plugin

Description

The timingAndEstimation manual tells me that the timing/estimation reports will not work from the usual reports page. It says they run ok from the 'management' page. Maybe I am dumb but.. where is that page? Please put a url in the manual

Really? ... It should be in the main title bar. Its possible if you are viewing at a low resolution, this means it was pushed off the edge of the screen. Also if you are not logged in with report_view permissions, it will not show that button.

The direct url is '/Billing', which I will note in the usermanual.
