Description

funcitons:

  1. delete multiple tickets
  2. delete multiple changes spanning on multiple tickets

options:

  1. add a list in admin
  2. add a checkbox in timeline (we can list ticket change detail)

0.10 is no longer supported.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Noah Kantrowitz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
