At least from reading the description of this plugin, it looks like some privacy attributes ought to be associated at least in part with individual tickets, rather than just individual users. For example, since I share a group with everyone else in my company, it appears there's no way to make a ticket that's private to just me without otherwise restricting the ability of people in my company to review most non-private tickets.

You seem to be asking for a multi-tiered security model:

1. Customers can't see each other's tickets.
2. Coworkers can't see your tickets.

This is, and will remain, unsupported. This plugin is only targeted at the first of those goals.
