Description

In r18318, could we please rename Makro -> Macro:

  • TracMakroInlineProcessor -> TracMacroInlineProcessor
  • TracMakroExtension -> TracMacroExtension
  • trac_makro -> trac_macro

I assume makro is just a language difference, but it's confusing to have mixes of languages in the codebase.

Also, would be nice to have tickets describing the features being implemented.
