Meaningful name for discussion header

Currently, when viewing a topic, the header says

Forum #1 - Topic #1 - Message List

I would prefer it to state the forum and topic names like this

Trac Features - Discussions - Message List

I know the information is available elsewhere on the screen, but it is less prominent than the heading, and from a usability perspective, I think my suggestion would be helpful

Obviously this should be consistent throughout the discussion module.

I know that these other information under heding are not well-arranged but that is a problem of CSS style, which I never get motivation to fix :-). The reason why the heading contains forum and topic numbers is that you can use that numbers in [topic:<id>] and [forum:<id>] macros. If'll change a heading as you proposed, I'll have to add information about these numbers elsewhere. Are you still willng to make this change under weight of this circumstances? :-)
