Make CC-Selector work with Trac 1.4

Description

Users I know like the CC selector, so they don't have to remember spellings of names. It would be nice for this plugin to be supported in the latest release.

Although I'm hardly a wizard at Jinja2 or Genshi, I made an attempt at getting the plugin working. See attached patch.
