BLOG_MODIFY_OWN does not work

Description

Hi,

BLOG_MODIFY_OWN does not work. 

TracFullBlogPlugin 	0.1.5 	/mnt/data/trac/projects/trac-ppp/plugins/TracFullBlogPlugin-0.1.5-py2.7.egg

The configuration is like this: 

BloggerGroup:
BLOG_COMMENT
BLOG_CREATE
BLOG_MODIFY_OWN
BLOG_VIEW 

BloggerGroup:
authenticated

But the authenticated user is still not able to edit his blog. Only after adding BLOG_ADMIN he is able to edit.
