Unable to define a new Trac server in the Track Servers view

Description
I was trying to define a new Track server in the Track Servers view in the latest version of the plugin installed in Eclipse 3.2.2. When I clicked the Finish button in the wizard dialog nothing happened. In the Eclipse log I saw the following entries:
