It is possible to set the background color for the rows of the table? Or can I use the default background color for the table?

The default background coloring for tables is already used, as shown in the screen capture below. What you are showing in your screen captures is the colorization, such as by priority, for output from a ticket query.
The table has classes listing and wikitable and the rows have classes even and odd: wikitablemacro/trunk/wikitable/table.py@14734:68-72#L48. You could add some CSS to your site customization to color the rows. See TracInterfaceCustomization#SiteAppearance for more info.
