Error accessing Admin interface

When I enable the plugin in the global trac.ini and click the Admin button i get:

Plugin not yet functional, please read DownloadsPlugin first. I've added explicit note about that.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Radek Bartoň.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
