Description
Hello,
I am wondering how best to format the fields in the plaintext e-mail from AnnouncerPlugin. I have already modified the ticket_email_plaintext.txt
file, as can be seen in the attachment. An email from this template looks as follows:
12184: Test Ticket (enhancement) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment (by rpshaw): Testing the output of plaintext if some email providers don't support html-formatted emails. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Changes: * Duedate from 'TODAY' to 'NOW' --------------------------------------------------------------------- Owner: rpshaw Priority: critical Component: Other Company: Other User: Ryan Phillip Shaw Ticket Status: In Progress Dev Team: Other --------------------------------------------------------------------- Ticket URL: <URL:ticket_URL> Sierra Trac <URL:trac_URL>
I would like the fields to look like this:
Owner: rpshaw Priority: critical Component: Other Company: Other User: Ryan Phillip Shaw Ticket Status: In Progress Dev Team: Other
I tried what was outlined in the following URL, but was unable to achieve the desired look:

Do you have any ideas for how to format this field?
Thanks, Ryan
