Leaking stderr of the child processes

If public_key_path and private_key_path aren't configured, stderr of openssl and more processes are leaked.

• Should not create child process without key pair.
• Should not leak the stderr of child processes.

-engine e       use engine e, possibly a hardware device.
-passin arg    pass phrase source
