Usage issue on vanilla Trac 1.0.1 installation

Description
I tried to get your plugin in running according to the installation description on the trac-hacks homepage but it seems that I don't get the way how it supposed to work. I strongly believe it is my issue to understand the whole thing, sorry.
Could someone please give me little step-by-step intro on how to do my first code review? I could not find any button or link on how to start a code review based on a ticket or a changeset :-(
Environment: Trac 1.0.1 with git repository on Win7 running of tracd with digest auth on.

There were some problems with the codebase. Some of the problems have been fixed, some will be fixed in the coming days. If you still wish to try and get the plugin working, please try installing again with the latest version of the codebase and ask on the trac:MailingList if you still have issues.
I've been meaning to test out this plugin, so I'll add some notes along the way.
