Add an option to change the background color or none

Description

The current background color is yellow, but the contrast with the white background of the "Trac" is not cool. So you can have a parameter to set the background color or none.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Ryan J Ollos.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
