Description

#8799 provided a patch to get keywords from a file. I can't immediately see any advantages of a file over a wiki page, so support for getting keywords from a wiki page will be added for now.

I agree. Wiki page has the advantage to trigger a signal on edit for improved caching of keywords.

I've seen some users/admins preference of plain text files, because they could potentially auto-generate these more easily, but I guess that this could be done with trac-admin <env> wiki commands as well, if one insists.
