problem with clients pluggin within bitnami trac stack

Hello,
trac version 12
I have been somehow able to install the clients pluggin but the "clients" menu does not show on my admin area. If I do edit the client table in sqllite directly, for example creating a new record, it does show on the tickets client dropdown list.
is there any configuration I can tweak to make this clients menu show?

There are likely other 0.12-compatibility issues, but please test out the latest version of the trunk and create tickets for each specific issue you find. Thanks.

It sounds like the plugin is not loading correctly. Please take a look at t:TracLogging, and see if you can pull any useful information from
trac.log
.
